# Do I have to hike the peaks in a specific order?

The peaks were originally selected to provide a progressive challenge and hiking them in the sequence outlined on the challenge overview pages would allow you to start with the easier (but still challenging) mountains and work up to the most challenging.

You are welcome to hike the peaks in any order that works for you.
